Kaolin

It is a mineral with more properties than white clay and it is composed by the chemical weathering of feldspar and others aluminum silicate minerals.

It is a white clay that is chemically inert, non-abrasive.

First discovered in China, kaolin is used in the manufacture of porcelain and fine porcelain for centuries.

Nowadays, it is an essential pigment in many papers and cardboards.

The paper industry
